The High School Sports Club concluded on Monday, May 27th, 2024 with some bowling at Splitsville. We extended the invitation to have both current members and friends join in the fun. A big thank you to everyone for their fantastic participation and combined efforts in the sports club this year. It has been an amazing first year with 13 High School members. Our activities mainly included basketball with Coach Aaron, who provided consistent practice, leading to significant growth in skills and confidence in ball handling and shooting. We also had volleyball sessions at Tansley Woods, and the students enjoyed playing badminton and pickleball with each other.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for everyone's participation this year, including the efforts of parent volunteers. We will be adjusting and adding to the program to meet the rising grade 9 students as they join our high school.
